Refund and Returns Policy

Overview​

We are responsible for what we sell. Your complete shopping satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. This policy, together with the terms of use, describes our policies and procedures towards cancel or return & exchange of products purchased from us due to some unforeseen situation.

Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised to forthwith leave and stop using this Platform. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Terms

We allow Cancellation, Return & Exchange of your purchase from us within the specified days from the date of order/delivery as mentioned below.

Cancellation of Order – Within 24 hours from the date of order Return & Exchange of the order – Within 48 hours from the date of delivery Return & Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Store.  If the product received does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. 

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

This is subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.

Procedure

You may send a mail from your official mail ID mentioning Registered Account from which you have placed the order with details of order number, products, reason for cancel/return to support@fittuo.com to raise a cancel(If order not delivered) or return(if order delivered) request.

Also, make a mention of the details of merchandise for another style or size in case of exchange for return.

Once your request is successfully registered, the order will be cancelled and the return package will be picked up within 1-2 business days.

Kindly follow the below process for order returns:

  • Take a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning.
  • Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact.
  • Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  • When our collection representative arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned parcel, after the quality check, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned.

Refund

The refund for cancellation will be initiated and the amount will be transferred to the registered bank account or a credit note will be issued which can be redeemed with future purchase, as per requirement, within 5-7 business days.

The refund for the return & exchange will be initiated after quality check of the returned products. If exchange is sought the same will be processed else the amount will be transferred to the registered bank account or a credit note will be issued which can be redeemed with future purchase, as per requirement, within 5-7 business days.

Kindly note following,

  • Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
